Escape to the stunning Caribbean landscapes of Puerto Morelos, Mexico for a transformative and personalized 7 day, 6 night beach yoga + calisthenics + handstand retreat that promises a fusion of mindfulness, adventure, beautiful community, and holistic wellness. Nestled among jaw dropping tropical coastlines, this retreat is designed to immerse you in the serenity of the sea while nurturing your mind, body, and soul.
Our days begin with morning embodiment practices (breath work, meditation, journaling, and yoga) in our private boutique hot yoga space, followed by an amazing inclusive vegetarian breakfast served on our beautiful rooftop palapa with an ocean breeze. In the in-between moments, you can walk to the ocean for a quick dip or all day beach vacation experience. There is plenty of time to adventure into the natural gifts of our area—from hiking and exploring pristine beaches to spending the days admiring the epic sunrises and sunsets.

Beautiful Hot Yoga Room on the beach: Private practice space that is perfectly insulated to bring on the heat for our morning practices daily. The beach breeze will be welcomed for our evening workshops and embodiment practices.
Pool: Cool off after class in our pool or hang in the hammocks
Beach: We are across the street from a white sand beach (though there is seaweed sometimes) and it takes about 1 minute and 29 seconds to get there.

Payment is due in FULL by September 1, 2024
If you need to cancel:
90 days + prior to the first day of event: participant receives a 70% refund of payment.
60- 90 days prior the first day of the retreat: guest receives a 40% refund of payment.
No refund any time after.
