Personal Training
I have been teaching students and clients for 19 years. My approach to training and programming is highly personalized, focusing on meeting each individual exactly where she is. I believe in the importance of intelligent mobility training with a purpose, utilizing strength training techniques, progressive overload, and time under tension to foster true embodied connection, strength, and confidence. When creating your personalized program, I pull from calisthenics, strength training, biomechanics, neuroplasticity, bodybuilding, and intuitive movement practices. My programs are designed to be efficient, effective, and tailored to each person's unique goals, ensuring high-quality training that builds the correct foundational strength necessary for long-term flexibility, understanding, and strength.
Nutrition Coaching
For those seeking nutrition coaching, I integrate ancestral nutrition and functional health into my coaching, recognizing the deep connection between what we eat and how we feel, perform, and transform. Drawing from functional medicine and modern nutritional science, I offer guidance that supports optimal physique and body composition. My approach emphasizes animal protein along with incorporating whole, nutrient-dense foods that align with our evolutionary biology, promoting vitality, mental clarity, and sustained energy. By combining this nutritional wisdom with functional training, I help you achieve your desired physique and body composition in a way that honors your unique biology and lifestyle and supports long-term health and well-being.
