Online Coaching

Reserve an hour for transformation and book time to practice with me.

My online coaching is a personalized session or series to work one-on-one with you no matter where you are in life, practice, or the world. I offer support in your practice, personal development, and life style engineering. Whether you envision more yoga in your life, a healthier body and mind, or you want to straight up train handstands. I love to work with students in this way as it allows me to give you all of my attention for a full hour or season and help you clarify your goals, refine your training, and create a program tailored to your individual needs.

The first thing in making progress is actually putting in the work. Find time, schedule with me, and make it happen. Commitment is everything. When life gets super busy, online coaching is the way to go. I’m happy to coach you for an hour whether in your home, at the office, or on a work trip abroad. I’m here for you. Fees

Each Session is 1-hour via Skype, FaceTime, or Zoom

  • One Session: $85.00

  • Five Sessions: $400.00

  • Ten Sessions: $750.00
