200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Washington, DC : January- June

Join me for a 6-month long journey into the practice of yoga. Throughout the course, you will be firmly established in a daily yoga practice and you will know the technical foundation for asanas (postures from Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series and Classical Hatha Yoga), non-dualistic tantric philosophy, ahimsa (non-violence), meditation,  pranayama (breathing techniques), functional and energetic anatomy, and how to create skillfully aligned sequences.  This training is approved by Yoga Alliance at the 200-Hour level for National Certification.

300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Raleigh, NC: February- August

Join Lila Rasa and I on this 7-month long journey into the heart of yoga. Explore precise alignment and skillful action in fundamental, intermediate, and advanced postures. Evolutionary astrology is interwoven throughout so you may more intimately know yourself, gain access to your evolutionary trajectory, become aware of karmic patterns, and make decisions from a clear and conscious place. This program is approved by Yoga Alliance at the 300-Hour level for National Certification.

50 Hour Yoga Practice Intensive

San Juan, PR: February 22

Deepen your personal practice as both a teacher and practitioner. We will take an in-depth exploration into ahimsa (non-violence), self-enquiry, intermediate practice, energetic anatomy, and personalized conditioning. This program is approved by Yoga Alliance at the 50-hour level for continuing education. 

Open Practice/ Mysore

Washington, DC: January-June

Learn Ashtanga yoga in this holistic, well-rounded Intensive. Capacity is limited to 16 students and includes 5 Mysore/ Open Practice classes and one Led Primary class. Join for one week to get a tune up and a quick dose of inspiration, or sign up for all six modules to transform your entire practice and approach, on and off the mat.

**This course is based on the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga discipline, yet is not limited to it. Depending on your personal interest and ability, you will also be exposed to new material, not currently included in a traditional Mysore setting. If a student so desires, and has learned at least half Primary, they may be encouraged to learn and practice Dharma Yoga. Some students may choose to work with both systems at the same time.**
